Reliance 3G Trick for GSM and CDMA Network March

Though I get the Average Reliance Signal in my Area  as you can see from the Screenshot But Still I am getting near about 450 KBPS, FOR THE AREA having good signal strength. the speed can vary from 600-700 KBPS on an average. The trick also have the torrent support when used with the Different VPN Client Like PD-Proxy.

Connection will not be established for the first try to reconnect three to four times and at last it will established.
